Ballenger Auctioneers has over 30+ years of experience in the auction industry. If you are considering selling a condo, townhouse, duplex, apartment building, single-family house, commercial properites or land we can visit with you about the advantages of selling at public auction. We conduct both live auctions with an auctioneer and online real estate auctions.
How it works
We discuss your goals and expectations and then we view the property. Once we agree to terms then we sign the auction agreement, create a timeline to sell, create terms and conditions and create a marketing campaign. (Takes approximately 2 weeks)
Once you approve our marketing plan then we run the campaign for approx. 6 to 8 weeks so we can properly target buyers and create the excitement for the auction. Prospective buyers are sent an auction packet with all of the terms of the sale.
On the day of the auction the purchaser signs the auction purchase and sale agreement and provides the earnest money deposit. The buyer then has within 30 days to complete the closing.
